Ukraine Seeks Career Guidance Video Production Services

On 3 November, Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science published a procurement opportunity for career-guidance video content under the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project. The assignment aims to promote priority study fields, but the available notice did not state a production budget or contract price.
